Rodney Haley is president of Industrial Hood Cleaning, located near Asheville, NC. He oversees sales and daily operations of the company that services local restaurants. The company prides itself on providing quality workmanship while educating its customers on industry standards and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.

Rodney got his entrepreneurial start in 2001, opening a commercial cleaning company to service the Asheville area. This company was transformed in 2009 into Industrial Hood Cleaning, with its sole focus on providing exceptional kitchen exhaust cleaning. As the company grew, Rodney joined with FilterShine to provide a greener, more cost-effective way of cleaning greasy baffle filters.

Rodney is a sixth-generation Asheville native. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking with his wife and three dogs.
